for what you want. For your wedding we'll ask questions designed
to tap into your love of food, your fondest food memories, and
your imaginings for the ambiance of your party. We combine these
ingredients with our culinary wizardry to create a menu that reflects
who you are, which in turn, becomes a gift to your guests.

Mason,
the owner of Greenling, is such a chocolate chip connoisseur (I
didn't even know such a thing existed, trust me, it does.) that
his nickname at work is "cookie monster." To honor this
title we prepared this Chocolate Chip Cookie Cascade in lieu of
the traditional wedding cake.
Artistic
Design Flair -Whether you love sushi or shiner, tex-mex
or martini's shaken not stirred, we can help you create an environment
that satisfies your desire. All of our buffets include artisan
crafted serving pieces and a flair for the dramatic. We also have
collaborative relationships with some of Austin's finest event
planners and designers.

Mason and Mylie Arnold had their wedding on September 15, 2007.
After the wedding Mason endorsed us through his company, Greenling
Organic Delivery. Here is the recommendation he sent out to his
clientele.

Dear Greenlings,
Earlier this year I reached out to a friend, Jesse, to cater
my wedding reception. I try to incorporate sustainability
into everything I do and I knew throwing a large party on
a small budget would put my ideals to the test.
Ecstatic
Cuisine immediately understood our goals of low-to-no waste
and local food based cuisine without being loud about it.
We wanted sustainability running the show in a way that
our guests couldn't tell. Rather than just ask what we wanted
to serve, he got to the heart of what we, and our guests,
like to eat and created an incredible menu around that.
The guests
could not stop raving about the food! We were caught off-guard
at the level of praise the meal received - "Especially
for a reception" was a common, amusing comment.
Ecstatic
Cuisine took our food passions, combined them with local
in-season fare, and created a reasonably-priced meal to
rival any expensive, fine-dining restaurant. Not stopping
at just the meal, his professional staff ran the entire
event flawlessly. It was simply amazing and I absolutely
must share this with you.
