G”nell Smith and Brandon Price got married last Saturday at Umlauf Sculpture Garden.  Ecstatic Cuisine catered their elegant yet laid back affair. Our menu was Mediterranean inspired and featured minted Israeli Cous-Cous and Lemon Thyme Chicken and Tempeh.  It was hot, the garden’s were lush, and the dancing was exquisite. Appetizer Spread

Ecstatic Cuisine visited the French Legation last weekend to cater an event for our friends, the newly wed Mr. and Mrs. Bond. Congratulations!

After an intimate ceremony, the families returned to find appetizers of fresh baked focaccia bread with sun-dried tomato pesto, kalamata olive tapenade, and roasted Red pepper hummus. A beautiful spread of cheese with crudités vegetables and last but not least, Ecstatic Dates, filled with Red Chile Chevre and Lemon Walnuts.

After an hour of family time, the buffet opened with Chicken and Tofu Paprikash, Roasted Rosemary Potatoes, a beautiful green salad and more house-made focaccia.

The night ended with a few heart-felt champagne toasts, a beautiful white chocolate cake provided by the family and an OUTSTANDING brass band
