On Thursday, July 29, 2010, Ecstatic Cuisine and Quality Seafood Market joined forces to cater the Anti-Defamation League’s True Colors fundraiser. We featured both stationary and passed tastings. Below are some photos from the event as well as our menu.

On Saturday, June 26, 2010 Jesse went down to the farmer’s market on 4th and Guadalupe to put on a watermelon and feta salad demo. Watermelons were provided by Orange Blossom Farms and the tasso ham in the salad was provided by Dai Due. Thanks to everyone that came out!

On Thursday, June 17, 2010, Ecstatic Cuisine provided the food for the Slow Food Austin Happy Hour at Boggy Creek Farm. The event had a wonderful turnout. Thank you to everyone that came out!
