Jesse was great to work with. The staff was also great, and even received many compliments from guests on how nice the staff was. Also, when I saw the set ups of the appetizers, dinner, desserts, it was really beautiful.

You all actually went beyond our expectations. The set up, food, service were all unbelieveably awesome. The food was beautiful and delicious. I’ve been to a lot of weddings and never heard anyone say anything about the food at the reception. I got compliments from nearly everyone there on how good the food was–appetizers and dinner, as well as compliments on the staff.

We received many compliments on the staff. They were wonderful, friendly and helpful and worked very hard. I also liked the way the bartender displayed the types of beer and wine that were available. All very professional! You were wonderful to work with, very helpful and responsive. And, a big thank you for working with my budget.

The food was AWESOME!  Everything tasted great and was served on time.  We also loved the cakes and cookies that Sarah and Brad created.  We received many rave reviews from our family and guests.

All of the staff were great and very professional.  Our dinner was a buffet, but it felt like a seated, full service meal since the staff did a wonderful job bringing drinks to our guests, clearing tables, and responding to everyone’s requests.  The bartender was really friendly and always made sure the bride and groom had drinks in hand.

Working with Jesse was great.  We were not very specific about what we wanted, but he still was able to interpret our tastes and really delivered an outstanding menu, from appetizers to dessert.  He also was instrumental in planning the schedule for our big day and thinking of a lot of the fine details.  Jesse’s wealth of experience with wedding catering was a huge help as we did not have an official wedding coordinator and needed some guidance.

We would definitely work with Jesse again and refer Ecstatic Cuisine to others.  Jesse and company really made our wedding special and produced an event that we will remember for the rest of our lives.
