On Saturday, July 17th, we had the honor to be a part of Thelma and Bob Wells’ 50th Anniversary celebration. After the event, they sent these kind words over -
I just want to reaffirm how much Bob and I and our 18 guests enjoyed and appreciated the wonderful menu you put together and the fresh, flavorful, delicious food the staff at Ecstatic Cuisine prepared for our 50th anniversary celebration. Jesse, we also appreciate your working with us to provide a wonderful meal but within the constraints of our budget.
Our event chef, Sara, was so professional, but warmly friendly, working quietly in the background to accommodate our guests and assure we had nothing to do but enjoy the party.
Every dish on the “Ecstatic Nuevo Southwest Dinner Buffet” was so flavorful, with many compliments on the tequila lime marinated and grilled chicken breast, borracho black beans, roasted vegetable platter – vegetables never tasted so good! – and a favorite for me, the orzo salad with raisins, almonds and cilantro lime vinaigrette. And the fresh pineapple, watermelon and strawberries were very sweet.
