Everything had a twist. I loved how it was all accessible food to a large crowd with differing tastes, yet nothing was boring or plain. The service was great! Everything was set up on time and taken down quickly and the whole transition from ceremony to reception was amazingly seamless. You guys are pros. Also, Jesse made an effort to include all the things I wanted while working with my budget. Couldn’t have asked for more. (more)
Bottom line: It’s way above and beyond your standard catering fare, and for the price, it couldn’t be beat. If you just want fajitas or barbecue, go elsewhere, but if you want fresh, local, amazing flavors, try Ecstatic! I couldn’t be happier with the way everything turned out. (more)
We used Jesse and Ecstatic Cuisine for my daughters wedding on March 28th. The food was great, the presentation was great, and everyone enjoyed the appetizers and meal. There were about 150 people and Jesse and his crew did a very good and professional job. (more)
You all actually went beyond our expectations. The set up, food, service were all unbelievably awesome. The food was beautiful and delicious. I’ve been to a lot of weddings and never heard anyone say anything about the food at the reception. I got compliments from nearly everyone there on how good the food was–appetizers and dinner, as well as compliments on the staff. (more)
Working with Jesse was great. We were not very specific about what we wanted, but he still was able to interpret our tastes and really delivered an outstanding menu, from appetizers to dessert. He also was instrumental in planning the schedule for our big day and thinking of a lot of the fine details. Jesse’s wealth of experience with wedding catering was a huge help as we did not have an official wedding coordinator and needed some guidance. (more)
