We are thrilled to be recycling and supporting the local economy by using the services of local entrepreneurs.  Jimmy Mitchell of Restaurant Recyclers currently takes our glass, metal, and plastic.  There is a great recent article about Jimmy’s Business in the Austin Chronicle.

Our paper recycling continues alongside the larger effort by our host company and landlord the Education Service Center at Region XIII which already recycles all of is paper and aluminum waste.
