A French Legation Wedding!

Ecstatic Cuisine visited the French Legation last weekend to cater an event for our friends, the newly wed Mr. and Mrs. Bond. Congratulations!
- Chicken Paprikash
After an intimate ceremony, the families returned to find appetizers of fresh baked focaccia bread with sun-dried tomato pesto, kalamata olive tapenade, and roasted Red pepper hummus. A beautiful spread of cheese with crudités vegetables and last but not least, Ecstatic Dates, filled with Red Chile Chevre and Lemon Walnuts.
After an hour of family time, the buffet opened with Chicken and Tofu Paprikash, Roasted Rosemary Potatoes, a beautiful green salad and more house-made focaccia.
The night ended with a few heart-felt champagne toasts, a beautiful white chocolate cake provided by the family and an OUTSTANDING brass band

I have a bride that I referred to you and she is getting married on a private residence on 12/31/10. There is one catch about her….Her father refuses to hire anybody if they require payment in full before the wedding. Would this be a problem for you? If not, the bride, Stephanie, would like to meet on either September 4 or September 11. Would either of these dates work for you?
